Onetap.id – One Link, All Access for Creators & Communities in Indonesia
We built Onetap.id to help creators, communities, and small businesses in Indonesia manage their digital presence in one simple, customizable link—built locally, with flexibility and monetization at its core.
The Problem
Indonesian creators and community builders were scattered across platforms—Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, Shopee, and more.
But the moment someone clicked their bio link, things fell apart: broken links, outdated info, or worse—just a generic “link in bio” page that didn’t reflect their brand at all.
Big link-in-bio platforms existed—but they weren’t tailored for local needs. Payment options, content types, and onboarding all felt… foreign.
The Solution
We built Onetap.id—a flexible, local-first platform where creators and brands can build a mini digital hub in minutes.
What sets it apart? Onetap isn’t just a bio link. It’s a smart landing space that helps users monetize, connect, and grow their audience—on their terms.
What We Built
Customizable landing pages with themes, modules, and social embeds
Payment-ready buttons for donations, digital product sales, and event registrations
Built-in analytics to track link clicks, visitors, and engagement
One dashboard to manage links, payouts, and updates
Mobile-first design with low data usage, optimized for Indonesian internet behavior
Multi-language support, starting with Bahasa Indonesia
Tech Stack
Frontend: React + Tailwind CSS
Backend: Node.js + MongoDB
Auth & Payments: OTP verification, Midtrans/PayPal integration
Analytics: Server-side click tracking and conversion events
Hosting: Vercel for frontend, scalable cloud backend (DigitalOcean/AWS)
Timeline
Week 1–2: Market research, user interviews (creators, sellers, community leads)
Week 3–4: MVP scope, wireframes, link management system
Week 5–6: Buildout of creator dashboard, themes, and payment modules
Week 7: Internal testing + early pilot with 20+ creators
Week 8+: Public beta launch, feedback loop, and performance optimization
We worked in tight, iterative sprints to ship fast—talking weekly with early users to improve onboarding, flow, and dashboard UX.
The Result (So far)

1,000+ early users within the first few months
70% returning creators weekly
4.8/5 average feedback rating on usability
Payments processed in under 24 hours
Trusted by creators, local event hosts, indie sellers, and NGOs
Onetap.id continues to grow as a grassroots tool—built by locals, for locals.
What We Learned
Indonesian creators don’t just want tools—they want tools that understand them.
The founder of a youth community told us:
“We don’t need fancy dashboards—we need something that just works and helps us get paid faster.”
That became a guiding principle for Onetap: simple, fast, powerful—without the fluff.
